GBS Laboratories was formed in late 2004 by cyber security experts, entrepreneurs, and senior Wall Street executives.

Technology and Intellectual Property is protected by U.S. and International Patent Laws and related trade secret laws.

Tested Impenetrability™: The GBS Virtual Network Infrastructure has thwarted all penetration testing to date, including invasion attempts by security professionals of British Telecom, SAVVIS Federal Systems (among others), with documented success.

Generations of prototype development have spawned reliable products to serve all currently-known computer operations and functions.

GBS is headquartered in Herndon, Virginia (USA) with a staff of over 40 professionals based at headquarters and at satellite engineering offices in Ukraine.

He was formerly President and CEO of Lockheed Martin; President General Motors International Operations, Executive Vice President of GM Corp., and  member of GM President’s Council; he also has served on several international corporate boards including British Telecom, Electrolux, ABB and Deutsche Bank.
• Gerald E. O’Shaughnessy, private investor through GeoWealth Management and other private funds; entrepreneur in world-wide innovative energy and technology projects.
• Principal investor, Alexander Dubrov is a Ukrainian entrepreneur.
• Dr. Alexander Pyntikov, co-founder, President and COO, managing day-to-day operations; formerly, Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Innovation Board.
• Oleksiy Shevchenko, principal inventor and co-founder;  Chief Technology Officer;  Finalist of CIS Contest for Best Technology (2004).
